New mentoring program for researchers in language diversity

By March 24, 2022No Comments1 min read2,085 views

The Next Generation Literacies Research Network has just launched a new research mentoring program.

The mentoring program seeks to connect senior and junior researchers with the aim to develop intergenerational supportive learning relationships. Specifics of each mentoring relationship will be shaped by the individual mentee’s and mentor’s goals and needs.

The Next Generation Literacies Research Network will broker the mentoring relationship and will also offer orientation and support through targeted workshops.

How can I apply to join the Next Generation Literacies mentoring program?

All network members are warmly invited to apply to become a mentor and/or mentee. If you are not yet a network member, find out how to become a member here.

The network brings together international researchers working in the area of language diversity and we are particularly committed to supporting the careers of early career researchers.

Application forms to join the Next Generation Literacies mentoring program as mentor or mentee are available here. Alternatively, contact the network coordinator, Dr Katharina Ackermann, to learn more.
